Please go to the following menu:

1. Start - All programs - Pervasive - Utilities - Monitor

2. From the top menu, click on Options and select Connect.

3. Please fill in the login details requested.

4. Click on MicroKernal and click on "Active Users"

5. On this screen, click on the tab, "Delete All Users" and click on OK

6. Close all screen and you should be able to re-open Pastel.

7. If you still have any login issues, please do restart the server
